Adventure Consults is happy to let you know that the 7 days quarantine requirement for travelers from India and Uganda has been removed. Note that this is as of 9th September 2021.
At the end of August 2021, the government passed a resolution that all passengers arriving from or had travelled to India or Uganda in the last 7 days were required to complete 7 days mandatory quarantine upon arrival at the designated hotels. The tight measures had been put in place to curb the spread of covid 19. In an official statement, Rwanda Development Board twitted ‘Rwanda Biometrical Center has lifted the 7 day mandatory quarantine for passengers coming from Uganda and India”.
