It has come to our attention that Uganda’s Immigration Department is currently experiencing technical difficulties with its online application system, (www.visas.immigration.go.ug).
Clients/travelers may not be able to successfully submit visa applications for the time being.
But luckily, visas can be issued on arrival at Uganda international airports until further notice.
In a statement issued to the travel industry, Uganda Immigration said, “We are working to resolve this problem as quickly as possible and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
