Uganda Wildlife Authority, the body in charge of managing Uganda’s National parks and other protected areas, announced an increase of Gorilla permit price from 700$ to 800$. The new price takes effect with bookings to track Gorillas from 1st July 2024 onwards. This means the world has got an opportunity to enjoy the 700$ price until the end of June 2024.
On a good note, however, all Adventure Consults trips that were booked and confirmed prior to the announcement of the permit price change, shall not be affected by the new price.
Gorilla permit reservations remain competitive due to the limited numbers and files are open up to two years in advance. It’s however never too late to book your Gorilla trip to Uganda.
